This treatment is described as droplets of heat on the skin. You feel more of a heat sensation, and it is not painful at all.

Your skin should be thoroughly cleaned and dried, removing any makeup, creams, oils, topical anesthetics or self-tanning products before laser treatment. The intended treatment area should not be exposed to sunlight or tanning booth light for 4-6 weeks prior to treatment. If treated within 3 weeks of active (natural sunlight or tanning booths), you may develop hypopigmentation (white spots) after treatment, and this may not clear for 2-4 months. Re-applying your SPF is a must.
